Fatal Clothing LLC. does not guarantee or promise you to receive your package by any particular date regardless of method of shipping selected.
BY ORDERING FROM THIS SITE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days after receiving your merchandise for virtual store credit or exchange only. All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ONLY STORE CREDIT.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Fatal Clothing LLC. by completing the below form completely, all fields are required. All unauthorized returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded under any circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS! When returning a item the Shipper or person who ordered is responsible for shipping cost! All custom made items are non-refundable at the time of ordering. No cancelations or other changes can be made once the order has been placed and the payment has been made. Some items may take up to 12 weeks to produce. Items such as Hats & shoes are manufactured overseas and dates may vary due to sea travel and conditions.
